By using ShopPulss you agree to the terms below. Please read them before placing an order.
1. Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.
2. Shipping
All orders are shipped via standard delivery and arrive within 3–5 business days. We do not currently offer express or same-day shipping.
3. Returns & replacements
We accept return or replacement requests only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ShopPulss after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
